Peconic Gold Oysters

Peconic Gold Oysters was founded in 2013 by Captain Matt Ketcham and is the exclusive grower of Peconic Gold Oysters and Corchaug Sweets. Captain Matt Ketcham holds a B.S. in Aquaculture and Fisheries from the University of Rhode Island and serves as the NYS Representative on the East Coast Shellfish Growers Association Board of Directors. Located in Cutchogue Harbor in the Peconic Bay, Peconic Golds are known for their delicate balance of brininess with a sweet, creamy finish. Our oysters can be found at restaurants across Long Island and the tristate and at PGO's self-serve farmstand.
