Promised Land Mariculture Co. is a family owned and operated oyster farm located in Napeague Bay, East Hampton, New York. Established in 2016 by Adam Younes with his wife, Charlotte, and younger brother, Sam, Promised Land Mariculture’s (“PLMC”) mission is to provide the highest quality oyster while respecting the waters they came from. As one of the most easterly-oyster farms in New York waters we are privileged to clean, crisp, unadulterated oceanic waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

110 miles east of New York City into the Northwest Atlantic. Lazy Point Oysters are exposed to rough turbulent oceanic conditions that most oyster farms, understandably, shy away from. However, we have found that our location is what makes Lazy Point Oysters unique.

Don’t let the name fool you! Lazy Points are not lazy or easy to grow! Cultivated in Napeague Bay with fast moving tidal waters, Lazy Points have a robust saline flavor and a sweet yet earthy-mineral finish.
