Shamrock Oyster Company

Shamrock Oyster Company is a family owned and operated business started in 2019.

It was born of lives lived in the town of Bay Shore, NY, where four generations of our family have enjoyed the gift and presence of the Great South Bay.  In fact we often cite it as our reason for living here.

Our farm is located 3.5 miles south of Bay Shore, just north of Sexton Island and east of Sand Island where the waters are clean and warm with lots of healthy algae and nutrients.
